Founded by Ben Growns, a globally awarded creative director and copywriter with almost 20 years of experience, the idea of a creative collective was borne from the observation that the traditional creative agency model often relies on freelance creatives, yet due to the fickle nature of the industry, and ever-tightening budgets, their skills are often under-utilised and undervalued.

By forming a creative collective of freelancers, including creative directors, copywriters, art directors, designers, digital, account service, finished artists, and others working together, Ben recognised they could collectively win, create and deliver traditional advertising and marketing services, without the agency overheads, and with the flexibility, and scalability only freelancers can provide.
